Positive: Very spacious and well decorated apartment in the old town, all on one floor, no stairs. Two ensuite rooms and the third room had bathroom just outside. All bathrooms have showers! Host get permission for our car to drive into the ZTL and parked in their own carpark.
Negative: Wifi could be received only in part of the house, basically just the master bedroom and the living room. Luckily, mobile reception is good in all area. Because the breakfast is served, the earliest you can start the day is probably 9am, unless you give up the breakfast. The turn into the carpark is a bit tight if you have a large car. We have a Peugeot 3008 and just manage to do it with care. As Google map cannot give guidance in the old town, we need to meet the host somewhere and then follow her car into the old town.

Positive: Perfectly situated property right in the heart of town. We appreciated the free parking and the kindness of the owner and her cousin, Elena. Elena couldn’t have been more helpful with meeting us on arrival and leading us to the house and garage. She brought breakfast (sweets) each morning.

Positive: The whole flat was lovely. It had everything we needed. All mod cons. Breakfast served.
Negative: Breakfast could have been more varied. Oats or museli with yogurt would have improved the breakfast. Coffee did not suit us. Too bitter and strong. Fruit and bread would have enhanced the breakfast experience as we are not used to only having sweet things for breakfast. Also breakfast from 7.30 would have suited us better.
Summary: Excellent property.Lovely host and lovely young people serving breakfast.

Positive: Absolutely amazing historical apartment directly in the center of the city. The aprtment is quite big with everything what you need. Esential advantage of that apartment is garage, which is rare for the historical city center, I mean it at least. Breakfast was served by really kind Ms. Elena and was delicious. The backyard/garden is beautiful, full of plants and flowers and also mainly in shade.

Positive: Apartment in a historic house located in the very center of Gubbio, a few steps away from the main square. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with single beds. Each (double) bedroom has its own bathroom. Wonderful garden with a table, lounge chairs, etc. Very quiet - only the sound of birds singing.
Negative: The apartment has quite a lot of things (books, paintings, ceramics, etc.), but this may be considered to be part of its charm.

Positive: Charming apartment with beautiful garden in the best location near the main square. The apartment is huge with a separate kitchen dinning room and spacious living room. Furnished with interesting antiques. Really nice host. Parking is provided in a garage nearby which is a big plus. A simple breakfast is provided if desired.
Negative: There were 4 of us and we were expecting to get the use of all 3 bedrooms. When we checked in we were told we only booked 2 bedrooms. This was not clear on the Booking.com site or our actual booking. An option should be offered for 3 bedrooms for 4 guests. Also there was a charge to use the washer for our stay of 3 nights and the host indicated that we go to the self serve laundry instead. I would suggest that the washer be made available no matter how many nights and just slightly increase the price of the accommodation. Both concerns created unnecessary confusion.

Negative: Host was very controlling. She came in the morning and stayed till we checked out . She brought breakfast which were day old croissants and stayed till we left . Perhaps the property can consider dropping off the cakes in the morning and leaving guests to checkout within the designated time
